Using rdv.coffee

rdv.coffee provides simple booking links for scheduling meetings. You are responsible for the information you provide, the links you share, and the calendars you connect.

By using rdv.coffee, you agree to these terms and to the rdv.coffee Privacy Policy. If you use Google Calendar with rdv.coffee, your use of Google services also remains subject to Google's terms and policies.

Google Calendar connection

If you connect Google Calendar, you authorize rdv.coffee to read your basic Google profile, read your calendar list, check free/busy availability for selected calendars, and create calendar events for confirmed bookings. rdv.coffee uses that access only for scheduling features described in the app and in the Privacy Policy.

You must have the right to connect each calendar you add. You can revoke rdv.coffee access from your Google Account at any time, but existing booking records or already-created calendar events may remain unless you delete them or request deletion where available.

Booking links

Booking link names are assigned on an availability basis. You may not claim a link name that is already used by another account, reserved for rdv.coffee pages, or intended to impersonate someone else.

If you invite members to a booking link, you are responsible for inviting the correct people. Accepted members control their own connected calendars and availability rules for that booking link.

Guests and bookings

Guests must provide accurate booking details and may not submit abusive, misleading, or unlawful content. Hosts and guests are responsible for attending, changing, or cancelling meetings outside rdv.coffee when needed.

Acceptable use

Do not use rdv.coffee to send spam, impersonate others, collect information without permission, disrupt the service, or break applicable laws.

Do not use rdv.coffee to misuse Google user data, access calendars without authorization, create deceptive booking links, or interfere with Google Calendar, rdv.coffee, or any third-party service.

Privacy and data

The Privacy Policy explains how rdv.coffee accesses, uses, stores, and shares personal data and Google user data. You must not use rdv.coffee to collect guest or member information unless you have a lawful and appropriate reason to do so.

Availability

We aim to keep rdv.coffee simple and reliable, but the service is provided as is. We may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service when needed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, rdv.coffee is not liable for indirect losses, missed meetings, calendar errors, data loss, or service interruptions.

rdv.coffee does not guarantee that Google Calendar, email delivery, networks, browsers, or third-party services will always be available or error-free.
